Tour de France green jersey champion Peter Sagan launched a limited range of casual shirts earlier this year, designed in conjunction with former Tour of Britain winner Geoffroy Lequatre.
Lequatre’s G4 clothing company has produced two shirts – a men’s polo shirt in blue and a women’s T-shirt in pink. The shirts feature the outline of Sagan’s face represented in flowers. The back of the shirts feature a motif including the Slovak star’s signature and year of birth.
“I’ve been thinking about doing something special for my fantastic supporters for a while and when I met G4 out ideas meshed perfectly to produce a garment that’s eminently stylish and very wearable,” said Sagan.
“We’ve also extended our concept to produce a passion pink T-shirt for my female fans. I’ll get such a kick from seeing them wearing these special, limited edition shirts along the roads of the Tour de France.”
The men’s polo shirt costs €64, and the women’s T-shirt is priced €39.90. For more information visit the G4 website.
Sagan will move from current team Cannondale to Tinkoff-Saxo for the 2015 season, and he is currently in Africa preparing to climb Kilimanjaro on a team-building camp.
